our story
A little brand for the people who still remember.
The Warmth Co. began the way most beautiful things do — quietly, on a rainy afternoon, with a shoebox of old letters and a cup of tea that had gone cold.

Founder Story
I still have it.
A shoebox under my bed.
Full of slam book pages, Archies cards with glitter pens, friendship bands going crispy at the edges, a mixtape with someone's handwriting on the label.
I haven't thrown it away in 25 years.
Because every single thing in that box made me feel something real.
Then came smartphones. Then came social media. Then came “hbd 🎂” on WhatsApp and we called it love.
Somewhere between the last slam book and the first DM — we forgot how to make people feel truly seen.
I spent 10 years in operations and customer success, learning how businesses work.
Then I started learning AI.
And one day it hit me like a cassette tape hitting the floor of a Maruti 800 —
AI isn't the problem. We've just been using it wrong.
What if AI could bring back the feeling that technology forgot?
That question built The Warmth Co.
We use AI to create moments that make people feel like humans again.
This is just the beginning. 💌
Brand Mission
To make the world feel a little warmer.
We exist to protect the rituals that modern life forgot: the handwritten letter, the long phone call, the slow Sunday, the photograph you actually print.
Every story, every letter, every email we send is meant to do one quiet thing — remind you that your memories matter, and so do you.

Why Nostalgia Matters
Nostalgia is not weakness. It's memory keeping us human.
In a world that asks us to move fast and forget faster, nostalgia is a small, brave act of preservation. It says: this mattered. this person mattered. this moment mattered. We think that's worth building a whole company around.
The Warmth Co. Philosophy
Four things we believe.
Slowness is sacred.
The world will not end if you take the long way home.
Memory is craft.
Writing things down, printing the photo, mailing the letter — these are skills, and they save us.
Small things are everything.
The smell of an old book. A voice on a voicemail. A handwritten ‘thinking of you.’
Warmth is a discipline.
It takes practice to keep your heart soft. We're here to help.
Future Vision
A little museum of soft things.
One day, The Warmth Co. will be a printed journal, a stationery line, a quiet podcast you listen to on long train rides, and a small physical space where strangers come to write letters they've been carrying for years. For now, it's this. And we're so glad you're here.
